Review: Good Product and Reasonably Priced - I’ve been using this system for a little while now and overall I’m really happy with it. The water quality is the biggest win. It tastes clean and crisp and way better than what I was getting before. No weird smell or aftertaste, which was important to me. It’s not a deal-breaker, but if you’re filling up something big you’ll notice it takes a bit longer than expected. For normal use like drinking water or cooking, it’s fine. **Q: what's the voltage of the pump? Can it be connected directly to a 12 or 24V system?**
A: The connection voltage is 110 volts AC .I do not recall seeing a transformer for changing voltage to DC.

**Q: how much room does it take up under the counter?**
A: The system dimension is 15.9"w x 5.2"d x 15.6"h, my system is underneath a country sink, which has the minimum space underneath of any sink that I am aware of & it fits just fine with a little resourcefulness.

**Q: where is this product made?  country of origin**
A: I have no idea but assuming in China.

**Q: Can I add a bladder tank?  Any issues with doing so?  I have a well and would like to have water if the power goes out.**
A: No this system was designed to be tankless, the pump would add too much pressure

The unit work great. The water is clear with no Ded taste. It was very easy to install. Following the provided instructions made the installation quick and easy. However, it is very important to follow instructions exactly to endure proper installation.
