I want to get the bad part of these tools out the way first. I didn't receive any instructions on how to use them - the insert that I was given was for wooden tools that I didn't have.Now to the good parts. The Stainless Steel Massage Therapy Tools is amazing. This is professional quality and I always wanted one of these to help with my aches and pains as I get older. This set hasGua Sha Scraping Paddle: I use this on my legs, thighs, back of neck, and my sides. This is the open metal item, and has lots of different curves to it, so I can make it fit to my body.Massage Brush: this is the rectangular metal item with metal nubs on one side. This helps break up the tension and muscle knotsSwedish Cup: I haven't use this one yet, but this one is supposed to help break up tension as well - I will be using this on my knees to see if they help with the pain there2-Head Facial Massage Cup: One side is a smaller cup than the Swedish Cup and can be used on the face, under the chin and the sides of the face. The other side has little nubs on it and that is great to give myself a head massage. I really love the head massage side!These are well made, quality items. This even comes with a storage pouch. If you are ready to step up with your massage therapy routine, you should check this set out.

The same kit comes in wood and I think stainless steel version is much better. Each tool has a nice weight and they feel good sculpting and massaging. My favorite one is the swedish cup which works well on the arms and neck/shoulder. I did try others and they work well as they should. I cannot comment on body sculpting but they do help relieve knots and pain. Both I and my wife like this set and I think the quality of each included tool is pretty good!
