Hi Chance L. Yup a fan does come with it. Just make sure that when opening the box you take care, because the fan has coolant already placed on it and if you open and place the fan on the coolant side then it will end up sticking on the surface you place it on so just make sure. Also from reading reviews I know that the stock fan that comes in the box is not good especially if you want to use it for intensive stuff such as gaming or for professinal reasons such as video converting and similar stuff, however if you get it for basic day to day usage such as web browsing, document editing, etc, then the fan should be good enough.
