Nice nd comfortable with bare feet but if you want to wear it with sandals on, then I found it difficult coz of cushion on back side.but may be one size large sandle and you are good to go..that's for me..but it may fit you better .

Size issues
Item says it as 4.25 Inch but actually it is 3.75 Inch and does not fit for Size 10/11 Size men feet as mentioned. The Quality is good but size is too small then advertised

Cant be in place more than 4..5 steps
Not buy ...while walking only 3..4 stepes ...it's come out ....... Can't even walk in morethan 10 steps ...it's comes out immediately

Far too small for UK Size 10 male, yet is sold as for adults.
Far too small for UK Size 10 male, yet is sold as for adults they probably only suit up to UK size 6. Gel pad is very slim and would not help very much.
