Where can we find "English Instructions" for this instrument?

I didn't realize there were none. It was a very simple device. Batteries go in. Fill with water to the line noted (which is in English) put the two pieces together (the "how to" is clearly illustrated), then ou're ready to go. I never referred back to the instructions since my first use. Hope this helps.
