Great dehumidifier
Nice features Had for about 6 months now and works perfectly in basement Takes up little space Definitely recommend

Follow up to my questions went unanswered
I sent a question to Vellgoo about black, oily deposits appearing in the water tank and asking if the condenser coils might need cleaning. I initially received a reply from Mivva in their customer service department who asked for me to provide my Amazon order number information. Mivva also said that I would receive additional information. After replying with my Amazon order information, I waited for a reply but received no additional contact from Vellgoo. I, again, followed up with another email to Mivva but have received no response. I cannot recommend this product due to the lack of follow-up to customer questions/issues. When I need a replacement for this dehumidifier, I'll look elsewhere.

Errors and no product support
I bought 2 Vellgoo 5000sf dehumidifiers. One of them is now constantly erroring. The phone number and website provided for support do not work. In addition, I found that the dehumidifiers do not work as indicated by the instructions. The display will show a humidity level well below the requested level, yet the machine will continue to run (at least when it is not in an error state). Only one machine works regularly now, and though they do pull moisture from the air, the errors and unclear running conditions make them not worth the money.
