Our favorite dressing for Chinese Chicken Salads
The Skinny Girl Asian Sesame Ginger dressing is our favorite for making Chinese Chicken Salads or Veggie Asian Salads. We mix chopped cabbage and chopped lettuce with almond slivers, dried cranberries, mandarin orange slices, toasted sesame seeds and crunchy wonton strips then add the dressing for a great Asian style salad. Can add some grilled chicken breast if a protein is desired. This dressing is tart and acidic, with great ginger and sesame oil flavors. It's a thinner dressing, which I like better than sticky or goopy dressings. We reorder this one often.

I can't say it taste great, it's a bit sour to me but acceptable. I added sugar substitute to make it better. Overall, it's good because the main thing for me is the low calorie.
