The wrap around cape with stand-up collar fitted well and would be suitable for the age group listed. The fastenings are with Velcro which works well. The hat is fine but comes flat packed and does need shaping before use. This was used for a wizards and witches party and a refreshing alternative to the usual Harry Potter costume options.
