very average protein powder its obvious you cant find a good in this price range on label this is classic amino spiking pattern it means: Instead of giving pure protein, companies add cheap amino acids Lab tests count them as “protein” But they are not equal to real whey protein 👉 So: 25g protein on label ≠ 25g complete protein
