Now Sports, Sustained Energy, Sustained Release Caffeine, 90 Veg Caps

I was reliant on OTC pain meds but they were becoming less effective and even causing rebound headaches and migraines. I had to stop cold turkey. I was taking one Now Sustained Energy capsule to just get my lazy butt moving in the mornings, but realized they would also take care of headaches and mild body pain. They also helped me stay sharp for the early morning class that I teach. I also take one occasionally midafternoon to power through autoimmune fatigue. I never have jitters after taking or crashes as it wears off. I think the natural caffeine and the sustained effect of the other ingredients is a great combination. This formula also helps my daughter who can’t take the other Now Energy formula because the ginger in that interacts with her mood meds. I think this would help others kick pain meds or coffee addiction. I will storm the main office if Now ever discontinues or changes this formula, I love it so much!

I’m very pleased! The slow release of the caffeine gives you sustained energy without the jitters or nervousness. They’re easy to use, and a perfect quantity for an excellent price! I use many of NOW’s supplements and I’m more than pleased each time!! Excellent quality when compared to similar products. Nice thing too is, if you have that one day you need this,.. you can take 1 in the morning and take the second one later in the day. You’ll just feel “not tired”. You don’t feel “wired”! You just feel awake and ready!! I love these. I’ve used them every day for 3 months now and the effect hasn’t changed at all. Also,.. gives me a nice boost on the days I take them before the gym! Again,.. not “wired”,… just ready!!!

truthfully it is exactly as many of the other caffeine loaded products on the market out there. today i tried it in the morning with my other supplements and just like a 4C Tea or other flavored drinks the rush overloaded me within the very first hour. i thought it would settle down some after i ate but no change and it went on its way and gave me all the energy i would expect from just about most of the proclaimed high end energy supplements. the one other thing is that i did not check the price in order to review the value for the money. i do drink V8 often however it can be a little pricey and so can a celcious but both deliver quality to me. 4C is more reasonable but to me that falls short on that end and falls in line to me with a kool aide Good luck as i can give it an A+ for the effectiveness.

I was hesitant I didn’t I did not want to feel jittery. These are very good just enough energy to get you throughout the day. I only take one with water and after my breakfast. I like Now products. It also I don’t feel “let down” in the afternoon after they have worked

I don't think these do much. Finally threw them away after using half the bottle. Went back to the small 'jet alert' pill.

I've only been taking these for a week, but so far I love them. I usually only take 1 in the morning, and I can feel the extra energy. It gives me good energy and focus with no jitters.

Just started using this product. I have used NOW supplements for many years. I trust NOW and during my power lifting years they worked great. I have experienced zero stomach upset, jitters or any other side affect.
