I am giving five stars here and will start with the good stuff. It’s a nice sized torch, not too big and not too dinky. It has a nice weight to it and feels good in the hand and well made. I have the funky orange colour which is actually quite subtle. From a design point of view it looks like a little light sabre! Performance is very good. I really like what appears to be a glass lens. Also the zoom action is very sweet and simple. The light output seems to nicely match the size of the torch. I have quite a few torches, (don’t ask) and it performs very well in comparison. It seems easily as well made as vastly more expensive premium brands and matches the light output of torches costing many times the price. This was me testing it stood in the garden for real. The wide angle, standard beam is excellent and unlike other torches it lights the whole area, no gaps all the way through the zoom either. This is very impressive. The on off switch has a nice positive click to it, so I doubt it would turn on accidentally. Cycling through the various functions seems really smooth and easy, I like the SOS feature. I have charged this on a 2 amp charger and it took a little while but no issue. Great that it’s USB-C. I like the power meter feature. OK, a tiny weeny negative but nothing important…The little rubber cover over the charging port is a bit iffy and won’t stay in. I have just taped a bit of decorating masking tape over it which secures it in place. This little fix also helps identify where the power button is in the dark, as they are both rubber and would otherwise feel the same, hoho. I can’t comment on how waterproof it is and don’t intend dropping it in the bath to check. Vastly more expensive torches may fare better in the elements, who knows? Remember this thing is rechargeable which is very good at this price I feel. Actually I liked it so much I bought a second one! Sample variation being what it is, if I really use my imagination I can see a slightly different colour temperature or brightness between the two. Not bothered, both torches are great. Get one if you fancy it.

The Blukar K9139 is a Super, Handy Sized Torch.It has a really charming feel, and look to it.Also it has a feel of real quality, and is very nicely finished.The controls are easy to use, and also the light output is really good too.It is on the pleasant warmer side LED light output wise.It has a very nice wide throw, which is great for walking at night, and also a very useful zoom in feature to spot things further away too.Like with many Blukar Torches this Green one, is a great colour and looks really nice. There are a few other interesting colours too.Even though it has a great light output, and also a very useful and good sized, 5000 mAh rechargeable battery, its very much pocket sized and pleasant to hold in the hand.But most of all it really is just great fun to use.Very nice Torch. Very Pleased.

a nice light that packs a punch and has a fairly long lasting charge. it's quite bright and very compact, easy enough to carry anywhere. The quality keeps good but difficult to say the durabilty

This torch is surprisingly very bright. If you live in a particularly dark area, or like taking late night walks, then this is perfect for you - it will light up a large area very well.You can focus the beam by moving the lens cover forward, and then slide it back to widen the beam.It's very well made, it feels nice and solid - it doesn't feel like it would break if you drop it.Charges via USB-C which is great (all gadgets nowadays should be Type-C compatible), and the battery life indicator is very useful.This is the second one I have ordered, and had ordered an additional one for my parents as it great.

Super bright

Sturdy, strong and extremely bright. I've had similar priced torches that felt lightweight and fragile, but this feels if it was really built to last.

I own one other torch that costs the same as this and I have to say this wins hands-downs on performance and quality. Not only is it super bright, but the brightness is adjustable and there are a few modes, the build quality is fantastic. The built-in battery lasts a long time and is charged via a USB-C cable. It does not get too hot when used at full brightness.

Works very well, last longer and very bright with different modes. Easy to carry around and charge. Very impressive look and design
