Definitely 1 favorite one that I have tried so far! The thing I love the most is it's easy to put on and it's comfortable it helps with my posture because I have scoliosis. But as I'm getting a little bit older and having some health issues and after five children my stomach isn't as flat as I would like it to be so I can't wait to see the results. Oh and also I love this that you don't get like all sweaty and have your shirt be soaking wet. It's still gets the like heated up and like almost like a sauna but it is so absorbing definitely my favorite one I've gotten so far. I'll update when we see some results lol!Also I love that it's adjustable so during the day if I feel like I don't want it to be as tight I can adjust it or depending on the activity I can loosen it up or tighten it up. I would definitely say buy it!!

It’s very nice. I am already a very small person im only 120 pounds, but I want a better shape and this really helps me even for being small already, it’s still tight enough and really shapes me and you can adjust the bands for however tight you want

Very nice for 20$, there’s more expensive ones that aren’t as comfortable.I got it for my niece and it goes as tight as you need. Seems very nice for wearing day to day or for working out. She’s usually a small and this fit perfect.
