A big noise - my kids will never miss another meal
very solidly built, the metal has a coppery colour. The clanger is a small metal ball hanging of the end of a rigid twisted metal wire.when mine arrived it was all twisted up inside and I could not get it to untwist - it was like one of those frustrating Christmas cracker puzzles. Then all of a sudden my clanger was free and clanging happily - I am not sure what I did. It makes a big noise - no question about that, it is deep and loud. I wouldn't exactly call it melodic.I bought it to call my kids into dinner, they are pretty adventurous, usually out playing in hedges or muddy ditches. This is more than up to the task - it saves me from screaming at the top of my voice, and gets them home in time for tea.

It's ok but mega loud!
This bell is seriously loud! Bought it for when I volunteer at parkrun and at races but I've been asked to put it away more than once. Tried the small bonus bell but it's more like a bell you'd find on a cat's collar

It doesn't sound like a cow
I bought this cow bell as I love cows and wanted to replicate the sound of them in our bedroom to aid a peaceful nights sleep. Imagine my surprise when I shook said cow bell at 3am and the exact opposite of a cow's moo emanated from said bells. My partner was none too please and proceeded to punch me squarely in the jaw, which immediately put me to sleep for 5 hours, so I suppose it actually worked.Awesome

This is one LOUD cow bell and calf!
IT IS LOUD! Sorry, didn't mean to shout, still somewhat deaf after the cycle-event-watching son got his hands on it. Seems well made, good grip and the tiny bell accompanying it provides some amusement too.

The bells!!
Heavy, solid and built to last a life time but it's extremely LOUD and clangy! Makes my ears ring. If loud is what you're looking for then this is for you.

My running club is THRILLED that I will be enriching their racing experience with even more noise. They have promised to let me back in the car this weekend after the race but are wondering, a little bit, what exactly they have agreed to. A++ would cow bell again.
