Amazing product. It's not in the way at all and you can add so much information on this bracelet. I have a couple of medical issues that medical personnel might need to know if I am incapacitated, instead of having to wear multiple bracelets I now have one that is not even that noticeable. Also easy to use and set up, you just scan the QR code and it takes you to the website. You don't need to sign up for anything and there are no fees for using this.

Nice looking. Easy to set up. Comfortable to wear. Provides vital information to first-responders. Much less expensive than medical ID tags.

This product has exceeded all of my expectations. I am a 69 yo permanently in an electric wheelchair and my husband can leave me alone now knowing that if I have to call 911 that when someone gets here they can now receive all my medical information just my scanning my watch. Also if we go on a trip now all my medical information goes with me. Great product and a thumbs 👍 for value, ease of installation and adds no weight to my wrist! Wonderful!!

Sounds like a good idea and bought one. The only problem was it contained a prior owner's information and there were no instructions to change it over to me. Emails to the seller went unanswered.

It is wide. Wish it came in red. But it is good quality.

Love it! It took some time to get all my medical information entered, but I feel it was worth the time. After a recent health scare and hospitalization I feel better having the luckytag. I have a medical id bracelet as well, but they hold very minimal information. I was happy to find that the luckytag fit my watch band with no problem. That was one concern I had. The only other concern I have is whether the scan code will wear off and/or scratch over time. So far so good though. I would purchase again if need be.

I was looking for a discreet and safe way to have my serious allergy info available without the need for a regular bracelet in a warehouse. I thought this would be the answer. Nooo! This metal medical tag does not fit on leather banded straps for my smartwatch.

Very happy with it. I've been wearing it for months with no signs of wear. Only slight suggestion would be to make a shorter version for women's watch bands. It's a bit long for mine, but I manage. Able to add medical info easily, and I think this is just a handy thing to have to put your name and address on in the event you are ever incapacitated and don't have ID on you.

Have had this for around 6 weeks now, was initially worried it would scratch and/or fade but no problems so far. Easy to use and you can fill in lots of information on the app in great details so ideal for those that have multiple diagnosis' and next of kin. Would recommend. Fits an Apple Watch well.

I hope I never have to use it but this is a great one time cost thing that gives anyone with a phone the QRcode to all the medical info about me. No ongoing monitoring charges or anything like that. Slips over my watch band. Great stuff!
