While I just received these, once I took them ou of the box I was impressed. I adjusted and fit into my ear. Took a little doing, but I could hear much better out of my right ear, which is my problem ear. I put it all the way up and the sqeeling was loud . I adjusted, and I have to say I can hear much better. I haven’t charged it totally yet, but they are charging not.iit actually works and so far so good. After wearing them I’ll review more.

I can't thank you enough! Because I used to have hearing aids which was doctors dispensed. But taken away on Monday June 30/.2025 either by the admin of or my roommate at CASPERS ESC 240 Cambridge MA, 02139. On June 2, 2025 the admin took away all my belongings out of which they still refused to give back to me a full container of traditional cloths and herbal medications which they consistently refused to give back to me in front of police even though I called the Boston police. The police kept saying this is not a police matter 4 times. If I go for the lost hearing aid the result will be the same or worse.Thanks to you, thanks to Amazon I got back my hearing with the most reasonable price, before the scheduled delivery date which is most functional, easy to understand and operate. Bless you, I am hearing more perfectly now.

My husband uses these almost constantly. He has some hearing loss, but insurance doesn't cover the 10K needed for real hearing aids. These do an excellent job without the massive expense. Obviously, they aren't actual prescription hearing aids, BUT they do an amazing job of filtering noises and last long on a charge. Of all the rechargeable hearing aids my husband has used, these are definitely his favorite. Most comfortable and best for filtering sounds and enhancing speech or television.

UpdateThe seller has reached out to me twice in the past two days trying to address their lack of response to my original message. Because I had lowered the rating because of the lack of communication I feel I need to revise the star rating to 3 stars. Because of the short time the aids worked I can’t justify going higher.When I received these I thought they were perfect. One week later, the 2nd hearing aid died - would not charge or work.Because both ear pieces were totally useless I returned them. I was very disappointed. I tried contacting the seller through Amazon but got no response. I was tempted to ask for replacements but when the seller didn’t respond I didn’t want to risk it.I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I really did love them and enjoyed them for 2-3 weeks. Hopefully this pair was just an oddity.

These hearing aids enhance the treble frequencies, which aids in distinguishing conversation. There are four amplification profiles, but the profile setting is not retained when switched off. The volume is adjustable and multiple earpiece tips are included along with a small case, a dual-cord USB charging cable, and a USB charger. The microphone placements, however, prevent these hearing aids from amplifying normal phone calls.My hearing is not THAT bad and I am not disposed to spend the time and money on professionally-fitted hearing aids. I can generally follow a conversation if people “don’t mumble” and I can see their lips. These devices do help during normal conversations, and also informed me that my floorboards creak in many places and that rustling paper can be very loud, as is every “ding” from an item being rung up throughout the store. They take away from my enjoyment of music, however, as all the bass frequencies are quite attenuated. I am using the fourth profile, which I believe amplifies “conversational frequencies” but less of the remaining treble spectrum (profile one kicks in about 800 Hz, profile four around 1050 Hz).Where I need the most help is during phone calls, having gone to ear buds at maximum volume and still having difficulty when the reception is noisy. I hoped these hearing aids, although they do not connect to the phone, would help with this issue. They do not: I can hardly hear sound from the phone’s earpiece at all while wearing the hearing aids despite trying different orientations, etc. Given the amplification of other sounds, I almost suspect the phone is being excluded by some “noise cancellation” technology. The hearing aids work well if I talk over my watch or use the phone as a speakerphone, something I (and the person on the other end) quite dislike.The sound is often “frizzy,” like a slightly-torn speaker, and due to a lack of squelch there is an ever-present background hiss. I have reservations regarding the literature accompanying the devices, but the devices themselves seem a decent economy solution for fading auditory acuity in the local environment. They are comfortable enough to wear all day. Wearing them with eyeglasses can pose problems (I can get by leaving them inside the hearing aids): there is always the little case with an optional wrist-loop.Full disclosure: I ordered these Dellona Next-level Hearing Aids For Seniors through the Amazon Vine program.
