It definitely helps with sweating more if that is what you’re looking for. Great addition to any workout because it’s comfortable and stretchy!! I bought the XL and fit me perfectly I’m at my heaviest weight 206lbs I wear 14-16pants/jeans and L/XL shirts, I’m 5.3 with most of my weight at my belly so it was more tight there abut every thing else fits perfect. Nice details under arms. The only one thing I find, is a little difficult to take off from my shoulders but when I put it on is not, so I don’t know. But definitely recommend!! Good quality for material and price and no defects on mine.

This suit will definitely have you sweating! It’s comfortable to work out in and doesn’t feel restrictive while exercising. It was also easy to wash and held up well afterward. I purchased my regular size, and the fit was just right. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I did not want to order the suggested size because I thought no way I need it that big. All the other reviews had size or. Height, or weight but not everything. So I jumped out on a limb and ordered L, if it was too small, I'd just order 1 size up. Photos are from day 2 putting it on for photos and needing help removing and day 3 after 3 mile walk and fighting to take it off. I used a back scratcher to assist with removal. Hardest part was shoulders. Video shows the stretch and fit on me. I love the adjusters under the zipper. It did not unzip during wear. It was easy to put on , but tough to remove at the shoulders after sweating. Very lightweight and good quality fabric(30 year seamstress). I could bend and move freely. There was no bad smell out of the pack. First day I handwashed. Today its in the washer. I don't think I could wear daily without washing. The thought of sweat and dirt from previous wears would be 🤯.

I really loved this Junlan Sauna Suit! It works exactly as described and gives an amazing full-body sweat. The material traps heat extremely well, and I could feel the difference in my workouts immediately. It fits comfortably, moves with me, and makes every session feel more effective. I honestly looked forward to putting it on because it delivers results. The only downside — and the reason it’s not a full 5 stars — is the zipper quality. It didn’t hold up as well as I expected, especially considering how great the rest of the suit is. A stronger, higher-quality zipper would make this absolutely perfect. The suit fits well and as far as coverage. Ease of use: the suit can be hard to get on and off. But overall, I still loved the suit and the way it helps intensify my workouts. If they upgrade the zipper, this would be a definite 5-star product!

Snatches the body while also allowing you to sweat A LOT! Doesn’t carry an odor & it supports the body well! Very comfortable also!

Fit perfectly. Have not worked out in it yet. Durable material. Had to peel it off even without sweating in it. I look forward to shedding some water weight with this on. It has a moderate thickness to it. Very comfortable. Non restrictive to movement. I am 5”3’ 190 lbs it ends mid thigh. No noticeable smell.
