The sizing is fine. It has a slider to adjust the neck size to fit most dudes. At least 24 hours and no loss in brightness. Closes behind the neck with ease too, securely, no issues. The light up bow tie uses 2 AAA battery. You then use the button to light the bow tie up. Continuous or flashing, you choose. A lot of fun, for any event!
