This GIBBON SlackBoard (GiBoard) has been an excellent addition to our home! We originally bought it because we have one child in gymnastics and another in ninja class, and itโs been a fun way for both of them to practice their balance, coordination, and core strength between classes.The board is sturdy, well-made, and feels very high quality. It was easy to set up, and the kids were excited to start using it right away. They love challenging each other with different balance exercises, and itโs become a regular part of their playtime.Itโs also great because it gets them moving indoors on days when the weather isnโt ideal. Quality slack-line practice board for practicing balance.Be aware, this is more taut than a true slack-line, nevertheless, it's still worthwhile.

Best balance system I have used.
I like this system for improving my balance. I use it in my home gym during sets. It was a lot harder than I was expecting, but persistence has paid off. Surprisingly addictive, meaning can I balance for longer and longer. Improves muscle control. I used to have balance ball system which I mastered very quickly and even did curls and shoulder press without a problem, needed something more taxing. Noticed my balance on the dirt bike has improved, and putting on socks and shoes standing on one leg all better, so I am pleased. Might seem trivial to some, but might save you from a bad fall?
