Works Fine - Worthwhile Upgrade
Dell XPS computer seemed to be slowing dow. I acquired this 2 chip set to upgrade to 64 Gb of RAM. Installation was easy. No problem on startup and the speed difference is notaceable. A worthwhile upgrade.

Dopo un’attenta analisi tecnica, ho scelto il kit Crucial Pro DDR5 da 64 GB (2×32 GB, 5600 MHz) per potenziare la mia workstation Dell Precision 3660 Tower con processore Intel i9. Posso confermare al 100% che sono perfettamente compatibili, riconosciute al primo avvio senza alcuna configurazione manuale nel BIOS. Non ho nemmeno rimosso i 32 GB originali, ho semplicemente aggiunto i nuovi 64 GB e il sistema li ha accettati immediatamente, portando la RAM totale a 96 GB in dual-channel senza problemi. Ecco i dati raccolti prima e dopo l’upgrade: Prima dell’upgrade RAM totale: 32 GB Utilizzo medio: 76% (circa 24 GB in uso) anche con uso moderato del browser, posta elettronica e fogli di calcolo. Segnalazioni di memoria insufficiente e rallentamenti sotto carico. Dopo l’upgrade RAM totale: 96 GB (32 GB + 64 GB) riconosciuti immediatamente. Sistema stabile e reattivo con multitasking intensivo e file di grandi dimensioni. Zero segnalazioni di memoria esaurita, caricamenti e salvataggi diventati istantanei. L’installazione è stata rapida e senza problemi, i moduli sono stati riconosciuti subito e lavorano in perfetto dual-channel. Crucial conferma la piena compatibilità con sistemi OEM come i Dell, notoriamente selettivi verso le RAM di terze parti. ℹ️ Nota: su workstation Dell, la RAM potrebbe essere gestita a frequenze JEDEC standard (es. 4800 MHz) anche se il modulo è certificato 5600 MHz. Nella pratica, il vero vantaggio è l’aumento della quantità di memoria disponibile, fondamentale per un multitasking intensivo e file di grandi dimensioni. PRO: Compatibilità perfetta con Dell Precision 3660 Upgrade “plug & play” aggiungendo i 64 GB ai 32 GB esistenti Notevole miglioramento di fluidità e stabilità sotto carico Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo CONTRO: Nessuno riscontrato (la mancata attivazione XMP su sistemi OEM è normale) 🔧 Consiglio finale: se lavorate con file complessi o gestite multitasking pesante, questo kit Crucial Pro DDR5 64 GB è un game-changer—e funziona perfettamente anche aggiunto ai moduli già installati.
