Customer Service was Above and Beyond
I carelessly ordered the wrong size, and Braintreehouse could not have been more helpful. They immediately shipped an upgrade kit at no charge. As far as the actual product goes, it's a game-changer! I could tell instantly that this would help my posture and make drawing a far more enjoyable experience. It's incredibly well-made and a solid base for my iPad. I was a bit concerned about the price, but I'm glad I didn't hesitate too long, it's worth the money!

Great product!
I love this thing!! It’s great and you can even use it comfortably if you’re curled up on the couch.The only draw back is that the legs don’t quiiiiite prop up high enough for my ergonomic needs. However, it’s a significant improvement from just ruining your neck looking straight down at your iPad.I gave the product four instead of five stars on sturdiness and stability just because I wish the legs locked into place a little more securely. Other than that I highly recommend this for any digital artist that is looking to upgrade their workspace to alleviate pain.
