Great for "Earthing" your body while sleeping.

After using for SIX months, I did not find any real positive impact, as claimed by the product description. I suppose the product benefit is exaggerated or misleading.

Cannot us product as it has nothing to stick or fix on the bed like velcros or elastic etc. very small so can’t tuck in the mattress. Tried few times. Will have to attach some cloth to make it fit.

This was my first grounding sheet so I purchased a simple small one to just try out. I have had very painful knees for three years. I would be careful when I first got up to make sure my knee ms would not buckle. Within a week of sleeping on this sheet I suddenly realized that I was just hoping out of bed and walking normally- I had NO PAIN. I was amazed. I wondered if it was just a good week for my knee's and I was imagining the change. It has been months and I have had no further issues with my knees. I use to slap on sun pads every night and every morning- no more. I’m amazed it could make that much of a difference. The only drawback on the small one is it tends to get a bit twisted during the night as it is not a fitted sheet. I will be upgrading to a full bed sheet soon because I’m not going to be without one ever again. The small one can go on trips with me!

I was sceptical of this product at first, but I have to admit it is awesome! I’ve had achy legs my whole life and since using this they have an ached at all. I’ve also had sore hips for the last several years and using this has alleviated that pain as well. I’m super impressed. It does take a little care to keep it straight on your bed, but the effort is so worth it. I highly recommend it. I can’t guarantee it’ll work for everyone but it definitely works for me. And for the cost it is worth trying.
