It looked great at first and functioned exactly as described and I was even thinking of ordering another one once I got back. However as soon as we reached our Airbnb in Barcelona and was unloading the bag, literally the zipper opened up in the middle and everything fell out on the street. Since then I was able to put it back together by backing up the zipper all the way to the end and starting over. And on our bay back I carried it by using the straps on the front to keep it from opening up again and it did hold and has held so far. However I would be scared to use it again, I was hoping to exchange it for another one thinking its just a faulty zipper but see that the return window is closed and I could not find a way to contact the seller about it through any links. So I guess I am stuck with it. It really looks like a great product and I would buy another one if it wasnt for the zipper issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little carry on addition *by A***E on February 17, 2018* This bag is perfect.
