Alflorex Original - Daily Gut Health Supplement - Contains Bifidobacterium Longum Bacterial Culture Strain 35624 - No Refrigeration Required - 60 Capsules

Been on alflorex for 5 months now recommended by my dietician. I had my gallbladder removed 2019 and have never been the same, my digestion stopped me eating and I lost a lot of weight due to being scared to eat from the pain food seem to give me which in turn led to me being diagnosed with IBS Constipation. I've had scans, cameras, hospital trips nothing worked until my dietician mentioned these tablets. Within 1 month on being alflorex I noticed a huge difference in my digestion, less bloating, less pain, I can eat some things now I wouldn't have ever thought I would again, I can now go to the toilet, and my mental health has improved also. I come off them for 2 weeks and I noticed straight away, pain started again, bloating, constipation and just generally felt unwell so I went straight back on them and will continue to take them now. I cannot live without them. I wish the price was cheaper, (cost of living) but apart from that they are fantastic and are helping me live.

I bought Alflorex Original this week and I have noticed a difference almost immediately, I am now no longer constipated, it is early days but I am impressed so far. They are very small capsules and very easy to take, I would recommend anyone with gut issues to give them a try. Delivery service was very quick 10/10

These have not cured my IBS - but I do think they may have helped considerably. For them to have the best chance of being effective, you need to be consistent and take them every day, especially at first. I think they have worked better for me now I have taken them daily, or nearly every day for 4 months. Some people even say they are "cured" after taking for one or two months! That miracle hasn't happened for me. Digestions can get worse with age. Even taking these pills, I can no longer eat fruit (which I love!) without risking agonising pain which can last for some hours and or other horrible symptoms. With IBS, different people have problems with different foods, so each person needs to find out what their own intolerances are. Anyone who has bloating and digestive pains should ideally be checked by a doctor, especially if these pains have started fairly recently. But it is very much worth taking Alfrorex daily for 4 months to see if there is improvement. My only reservations are: (1) over 80p a day for one tablet is expensive, when taken long term (2) there isn't a subscription option with a slight reduction, at least not via this advert and (3) I got these pills loose in a little pot - NOT in a blister pack. This is much more convenient than a blister pack, but it looks as if this product may be changing over to a blister pack container. The ad is now marked "new pack." Oh no! PLEASE MANUFACTURER CONTINUE TO SELL THESE IN A MINI TIN WITH A LID AS WELL AS IN BLISTER PACK! I will still buy if only available in blister packs, but those packs are more awkward and fiddly, less compact to store and keep to hand nearby and THEY UNNECESSARILY PUT MORE PLASTIC INTO THE ENVIRONMENT! For the elderly and those with arthritic hands, blister packs can be difficult. I am on quite a few prescribed meds, and most come in blister packs. With some of these packs, I really struggle, and it slows down the process of setting up my days of the week reminder containers. Marked down to 4 stars because of the cost and my fears that they will be only available in blister packs. The product is good. EXIT ADDED LATER Supermarkets now sell Kefir, a cultured milk drink, stocked near yoghurts. I have found this a great help with IBS by improving microbiome. I mix with a smoothie! Different makes and flavours in different stores. I prefer u flavoured versions.

I was sceptical of this having suffered with IBS for all of my adult life. I brought three months worth and didn’t really see any improvement until about week 7/8. Since then my bloating has disappeared as have all my ibs symptoms. I do still avoid my main trigger (lemon/lime) but I was so bad before that onions,garlic, beans were really affecting me. S ok glad I tried this after doing some research on ChatGPT which pointed me in the direction of this probiotic. If you’re reading this and are unsure I’d highly recommend trying it out. Don’t expect your symptoms to improve overnight, it takes time but honestly they are a game changer!

These are best buy I’ve purchased for a long time. I have been suffering g with IBS issues for years and omg within a week I started feeling better. Two weeks now and for the last week everything has been normal. It’s like they balanced my stomach and now I go toilet like a normal person. Now ordering some more and is the best £25 I’ve spent in ages.

In theory, it’s too early days for me to make comment on whether the product is doing its job. However, I do believe there is a change for me already. I am definitely not as bloated at night. If this is the case, then I’m very pleased as I’ve only been taking the tablet for about five days. Fingers crossed, and so far so good!

Nothing wrong with the product or delivery but the price rise is awful- continually wasting money on products you have to buy is depressing!

This has totally changed the way I feel every day - no bloating, stomach ache, feeling off. I started to feel better after a week! As someone who has recently developed IBS I can’t believe having tried to manage it via diet alone that £25 a month can make such a difference- highly recommend giving this a go. Not a lot to lose!

Unfassbar! Ich bin kein Werbeträger der Firma und habe 20 Jahre alles geschluckt, was gegen Reizdarm wirken soll! Bei diesem Medikament setzte nach 3 Tagen die Verbesserung ein und jetzt, nach 3 Wochen, ist es fast wie früher! Ich kann es noch nicht glauben, aber bei mir perfekte Wirkung! Bin extrem dankbar!!!!
