Garnier Color Sensation 4.15 Icy Chestnut Brown Permanent Hair Dye

Easy to use and provides a good colour. Actually looks more light in colour in certain lights and quite red. Perfect for covering grey hair , which is the main thing I need my hair dye to do. Great price when on offer ( especially with the subscribe & save discounts ) , less than £3.50 , can't be beaten for Garnier products. The only drawback is the dye bottle is quite strong and it's hard to squeeze it fully , to make sure you've used as much of the dye as possible. Love the decent sized bottle of conditioner provided easily lasts 3 washes.

Vibrant colour and made my hair really soft and shiny, did not wash out like most hair dyes after a few washes. I would use again and liked the smell.. good quality hair dye, the only down side it the gloves in the box was a bit flimsy.

Really great colour for me, im dark brown so it just gives my brown a little something else, i will buy again, covers well and as i wash my hair every day as i love clean fresh hair its not fading that quick either so win win.

OK, so I was using Olia 4.15 iced chocolate for years but it is getting more & more expensive so I thought I'd try something else. I didn't have much confidence in either shade or quality of this product at 1st..i chose 4.15 icy chestnut..but wow! I'm so impressed! It is super close, if not identical, in shade to the olia I was using. I have very thick, long hair that is bum length so 2 packs needed & my hair grows really quickly so have to touch up my roots every 2 weeks to re-cover the greys ..The colour has absolutely no smell, either on application or afterwards. The dye is really thick - so no drips, running or mess. It absolutely has covered every single grey, unlike the olia (when I say grey, it is white) The conditioner smells lovely too. My hair is so soft & incredibly shiny. Since I started colouring my hair, some 26 yrs ago, (I'm now 47) this is by far the best product I've ever used! (in my opinion) There's nothing negative I can say about this product. It does everything I could want in an at home hair dye. I really love it! I've enclosed photos of my hair length.. my grey, (but not all of it) how it looks in natural light and also how it looks under artificial light.

the colour of this dye is close to auburn (red/ brown). Covers grey hairs beautifully and long lasting colour. incredible dye for the price and i have used many of the top brands over the years shwartz, nice n easy, exellance etc and no product ive tried beat this dye on covering grey hairs and price point.

This review is for the Icy Chestnut hair dye: It was easy to apply and came out a nice dark red brown colour. The conditioner it comes with smells divine and made my hair feel so soft. The picture isn't very good but this is right after washing it off. My hair was a lighter brown colour before with some old highlights and lots of grey. I'm pleased with it. Will definitely re-purchase.

I have natural mousey brown hair and use this dye to add some oomph to my colour. It's an okay dye but it doesn'tast very long. It fades pretty quickly. The gloves are way too small and I do have tiny hands so I always have to buy my own gloves to use with it. I don't mind how often I have to use it though because it is cheap. I just wish it would last a little longer.

War nicht komplett ,sehr ärgerlich. Verpackung kaputt und der Entwickler fehlte,auch wenn es nicht viel gekostet hat. Hab es in einem Wutanfall in die Mülltonne geschmissen.
