First impressions were good my phone connected straight away then i Finally got to use this product on holiday what a waste of money....unable to use phone camera due to camera over heating, manage to get a few underwater photos before the camera overheated. Looks the part but a total let down.

This seemed like a really good idea and a great price (almost 50% discount), until it actually arrived and I got to play with it, then it became apparent there were more issues with it which out-weighed it's usefulness. 1) The phone needs to stay turned on the whole time it is in the case. You cannot allow your phone to go into standby or sleep mode because there is no way to press any of the buttons or touch the screen to wake it up again. The case is connected to the phone via Bluetooth so there is nothing touching any of the buttons when it is inside the case. Because of this the battery runs down and there will be risk of screen burn 2) Because the phone is permanently on and the screen is permanently active and it is inside a sealed unit, then phone over heats and then wants to turn itself off. So you then either have a phone which has switched off inside a sealed unit underwater, so you cant turn it on again until you get out of the water and can take it out of the unit, or you have a phone which overheats and damages the battery etc. 3) for my phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) I found the physical buttons on the case were the wrong way around so the left button moved the mouse to the right, the up button moved the mouse down, etc etc. There was no way to reconfigure the buttons so they moved the mouse in the way you expected. I could not position the phone another way around due to the location of the camera lens. Whilst the button issue was really annoying and confusing at first, it might not be a deal breaker. You just have to get used to the buttons being "wrong", however what with the other issues I encountered this just meant for me this didn't work so I have returned it.

This case looks really sturdy, and feels great in the hand -- with or without gloves, with it's ergonomic styling. The buttons and shutter switch are also well designed, and the fact that are remotely operating the phone via bluetooth is a great idea. My main issue is that I thought I would be able to just slide my phone in, close the case and use it - but it is a little more involved than that....... You need to stick a magnet to your phone so that it remmains in place in the case - the instructions showed an adaptor plate for slightly smaller phones, but it was not included with my kit. You also need to put your phone into accessability mode to enable the buttons - all fine if you are going to use this frequently, but a bit of a faff if you just wanted to use it on holiday - hence the loss of a star. In summary - very well designed and built, but best suited to someone who is going to use it all the time - maybe with a dedicated handset.

I've used the basic waterproof plastic bags to take underwater pictures in the past, but this is definitely a step up. It can fit phones up to 7", which is quick to get in place and you're able to use it in depths of up to 40 meters, which makes it ideal for diving or any kind of water activity. You can connect to Bluetooth which then allows you to take images and videos which aren't obstructed by the screen. So far, it's done a good job and kept my phone bone dry when used in tests, so no issues there. All in all, it's a handy device to get underwater pictures without having to invest in expensive cameras.

Die Lieferung durch Amazon erfolgte ohne Umverpackung - dementsprechend sah die Originalverpackung ziemlich mitgenommen aus. Bei einem Produkt über 100€ kann man da schon etwas Sorgfalt erwarten. Der Artikel war aber unbeschädigt, das Gehäuse macht einen guten und stabilen Eindruck. Die Größe sollte für alle gängigen Smartphones passen, mein S20FE lag stabil. Kopplung per Bluetooth funktioniert, das Teil meldet sich als Seafrogs Mouse. Der Mouse-Pfeil wird mit den 4 Tasten gesteuert, es lässt sich zwischen Hoch- und Querformat umschalten. Leider bleiben auf und ab vertauscht, also eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Nun die Kamera-App des Smartphone geöffnet, und mit dem Mousepfeil und der Auslösetaste die Einstellungen vorgenommen. Funktioniert, ein schneller Wechsel unter Wasser ist damit leider nicht möglich. Wenn die Kamera nach einiger Zeit ohne Benutzung abschaltet, ist wieder Fummelei angesagt, aber wenn das Handy in den Timeout (nach spätestens 15 Minuten) wechselt, war es das. Eine Wischbewegung zur Aktivierung geht mit der Mousetastatur nicht. Hier scheitert die simple Lösung, die für die Vielfalt an Android-Modellen taugen soll, im Praxiseinsatz. Wessen Smartphone die Kamera daueraktiert lässt und wer unter Wasser nichts an den Einstellungen ändert, findet mit dem Gehäuse eine preiswerte und simple Lösung. Deshalb 2 Sterne. Für mich leider unbrauchbar, deshalb Rücksendung.

An sich ist die Hülle nicht schlecht, aber man darf das Handy nicht gesichert haben. Man muss dies entfernen bevor man die Hülle verwenden kann, was dazu führt dass man nach jeder Nutzung wieder Fingerabdruck oder ähnliches neu einstellen darf. Es ist nicht möglich die Kurzwahltasten zu verwenden da es über eine Bluetooth Tastatur gesteuert wird. Das Handy lag auch sehr lose drin. Wem das egal ist hat hier aber ne gute Variante das Handy auch beim Tauchen nutzen zu können

Im Rahmen des Amazon Vine Programms habe ich das Unterwassergehäuse von YOUCAN erhalten. Dieses eignet sich für Handys mit einer Größe von bis zu 7“. Mein Android Gerät mit 6,7 Zoll Display findet dort problemlos seinen Platz. Die Verarbeitung des Gehäuses wirkt hochwertig. Von dem hohen Gewicht war ich überrascht. Das Gehäuse schließt wasserdicht. Zusätzlich wird eine kleine Vakuumpumpe mitgeliefert, die den Effekt verstärken soll. Die Bedienung des Smartphones erfolgt über eine Bluetooth-Kopplung. Eine mangelhafte Bedienungsanleitung ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Während des Betriebes wird ein Beschlagen der Scheibe verhindert. Die Bilder und Videos werden sehr gut. Ich habe das Gehäuse lediglich beim Schnorcheln verwendet, da ich nicht tauche. Hier konnte ich keine Probleme feststellen. Anmerken möchte ich allerdings, dass bei meinem Modell ein Öffnen problemlos möglich ist und die Sicherung in Form eines roten Knopfes ohne Funktion ist. Dies kann im Betrieb zu Problemen führen.
