It enhances chlorophyll production and plant growth by providing stable nitrogen without harmful copper or ammonia, ensuring a safe environment for shrimp and invertebrates. Made in the USA, this scientifically formulated fertilizer supports vibrant, healthy aquatic plants and stable aquarium chemistry in pH 7+ setups. ## Description Brightwell Aquatics Shrimp FlorinGrō+ is a nitrate-based plant supplement designed for planted freshwater aquariums, particularly those housing shrimp and other invertebrates. It provides a concentrated source of nitrogen, a critical nutrient that fuels healthy plant growth and enhances chlorophyll production. Unlike other nitrogen sources that release ammonia, this formula is pH-safe, ensuring stability for delicate shrimp and fish. Aquatic plants rely on nitrogen for essential metabolic processes, including protein synthesis and photosynthesis. In heavily planted aquariums with intense lighting, CO2 supplementation, and a low fish population, nitrogen can quickly become depleted, leading to pale leaves, slow growth, and weak plants. Shrimp FlorinGrō+ replenishes this vital nutrient, preventing deficiencies and promoting lush, thriving aquatic plants. This formula includes natural kelp extract, which contains phytohormones that encourage robust plant development and healthy root systems. It is ideal for use in shrimp-specific tanks, planted aquariums, and freshwater community setups with fish such as tetras, rasboras, and loaches. Free from copper and harmful additives, Shrimp FlorinGrō+ is safe for all shrimp species, invertebrates, and freshwater fish. Regular use of this supplement ensures stable nitrogen levels, supporting long-term plant vitality without compromising water quality. Unlike traditional fertilizers that introduce ammonium or urea, Shrimp FlorinGrō+ uses nitrate as a safe and effective nitrogen source, making it the ideal choice for aquarists seeking healthy, thriving plant life. ## Features - ENHANCES PLANT GROWTH – Provides essential nitrogen to boost lush, vibrant plant growth in planted shrimp tanks. - SUPPORTS CHLOROPHYLL PRODUCTION – Helps prevent pale leaves and stunted growth by supplying necessary nutrients. - COPPER-FREE & SHRIMP SAFE – Formulated specifically for shrimp, invertebrates, and planted community aquariums. - NITRATE-BASED FORMULA – Contains nitrate instead of ammonium or urea, ensuring stability in aquariums with pH over 7.0. - AMERICAN-MADE EXCELLENCE – Brightwell Aquatics is an industry-leading brand committed to providing innovative and scientifically backed aquatic care products.
