Update 19/10/24 After having contact with TOZO’s customer support via email, which I may add was very helpful and thorough (thank you Sophia), I provided them with not only a description , but photo and video evidence of the problems encountered to help them understand what had gone wrong so they could tailor advice. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve my issue through technical support and problem solving options. The product was replaced and posted out to me, arriving yesterday. The packaging was different but the product looks the same. I don’t know whether the new ones are an updated version (if so, it could be that this update has fixed the issue I had?) The old ones were removed from my phone, watch and app and the new ones paired flawlessly and work as expected. I am hopeful that the issue experienced with the old pair was an unfortunate one-off. As it stands, my initial comments in my original review still stand - very good sound, fit and control options. The support offered by TOZO was excellent and made up for the frustrations experienced. Update 01/10/24 Alas, too good to be true. After only a few months of careful use in the gym, the right earbud no longer turns on, charges or is recognised as being inserted into the charging case. Very disappointing and came completely out of the blue. Have emailed TOZO as they are out of the returns window and now wait a response. Not happy. Perhaps the saying you get what you pay for is true, or am I just unlucky? As such, I have no choice other than to reflect what has happened in the overall star rating. Original Review After my old earbuds finally gave up, I spent ages looking at which ones to buy next and which fitted my needs the most. I’m in the gym every day and use Bluetooth connection to my Apple Watch for music. Fit is important as is ease of use during exercise. These fitted the description so thought I’d give them a go, and I’m glad I did. For reference, I’ve been using these for two weeks now and the below is based on that and not long term longevity. Build quality is excellent, pairing was a breeze and finding the right fit was no problem. They fit snugly (with the right bud) and navigating the controls didn’t take long to get used to. The app is very good and helps to find the right EQ settings. There has been no pairing issues, lag or dropping out. I’m using them for around 2hours a day and so far, no battery issues! The charging case and LED display makes keeping tabs on charge levels easy and will avoid the annoying experience of getting to the gym only to find they have no charge. Also important to me was the IP ratings and knowing that they are sweat and shower resistant, so the steam room and sauna shouldn’t be an issue. The controls aren’t impacted by sweaty/wet fingers. All in all, these have quality sound, are built well and easy to use and at a fraction of the price of alternate brands.

I have been using the TOZO T20 Wireless Earbuds for quite some time, and I must say that I am impressed with it. The sound quality is great, considering the price. With a total of 48.5 hours of playtime, I hardly ever need to worry about recharging. The battery indicator in the case can also be very useful; it feels pretty awesome not to be caught off guard with a dead battery. It has a V signature sound, which I kind of like. Bass is a bit punchy and very satisfying; it gives my music a lot of depth. The mids are quite slightly recessed but still very clear, and the highs are crispy but not harsh. They fit perfectly in my ears; they never fall out when working out or going for a run. It's great not having to constantly adjust them. Overall, I'm very happy with this product and cannot recommend it enough.

When I first ordered these, I thought that they would just be another knock off pair of ear buds, because £40 is just way too cheap for quality ear buds. Oh boy, was I wrong... · Easy to connect · Quality bass (although maybe a bit too much) · Comfortable fit inside your ears, along with a range of spare attachments for all sizes · Lovely and neat charging case · Convenient charge level indicator on front of case Despite all the positives, products do come with their drawbacks. · The charging case does feel cheap and I feel like it could break, should it be dropped · As mentioned above, despite the bass being good, these quite a lot; maybe a bit too much · Definitely room for improvement on the sound quality; trying to make a perfect balance between bass, EQ, etc... · Maybe to try and adopt a unique design, instead of practically copying Apple's design for their AirPods All in all, a very good pair of ear buds and definitely worth the £40 price tag.

The Tozo T20 AirBuds are a solid pair of wireless earbuds that deliver great value for money. The sound quality is surprisingly good for the price, with clear audio and decent bass. The build quality also feels premium — the materials used give it a nice, sturdy feel in the hand and in the ear. One thing I noticed, though, is that when I put them in my ears, they seem to block out surrounding sounds almost completely. I’m not sure if this is full noise cancellation or just passive isolation due to the design, but it’s something I personally don’t like. I’d prefer to hear a bit of my surroundings, especially when walking or commuting. If there was an option to turn off the isolation or a transparency mode like what you’d find in higher-end models (maybe something like the AirBuds Pro, if that exists), that would make these perfect. Overall, though, the Tozo T20 AirBuds offer excellent sound, premium build, and great value — definitely worth considering if you’re on a budget.

Do the job, with just the right balance so you can lower your music to hear ambient noise if you wish Recently bought these after a recommendation and have to admit they are good quality for the price. They also connect to the TOZO app, so I can change the equaliser for my hearing. Ie, I use ‘jazz’ most of the time as it produces a deeper sound. Along with some of the custom options from contributors. When used with phone calls, the caller can hear me quite well, and vice-versa. My only grip is that the touchpad can be slightly sensitive, so if you're adjusting the earbud to fit in your ear, you can inadvertently stop the music. Otherwise a great set of earbuds for everyday use.

Loved these buds! Incredible sound quality. Very natural. No bass boost, but very solid bass. Unfortunately the charger case and beloved buds took a trip through the washer and dryer. The charging case will take a partial charge then drain down when not in use. The buds still work, though!

For the money, these are a great pair of basic earbuds. No noise cancellation, in-ear detection, high-res codecs or other fancy features, just great sound at an even better price. These also work with the App if you want to meddle with the EQ. The stock sound profile is pretty good though. The touch controls are sensitive, but it's only an issue when putting the things in your ear. Speaking of, a pretty good fit and you get plenty of ear tips to customize. Overall, I highly recommend them.
