'there is no way this is going to have good enough suction to suck stuff out of my face.' I WAS WRONG!This comes pre-charged and with a cord (no base) for charging. Box also includes bag of filters and a replacement piece that attaches the different heads to the devices. It also comes with 4 heads. Please refer to manual or internet for instructions on how best to use the product on your skin. I am very happy with my investment. I have used it once and my skin feels phenomenal. Will post possible update with extended use.
