Please help with Instructions, we got it all hooked up but how do you get it to start pumping out heat?

1st is to the check you are in fact getting 11.5 v+ if the control panel is on and you have not yet got fuel to the heater it won't start it will run the pump for a lil bit then if it does not ignite it will go through a cool down cycle you can can avoid this by priming the system buy pressing ok and the down button. it will say H off press up or down and it will turn on or off the pump and then hit ok you might need to do this 2 or more times before hitting the power button if it still doesn't ignite and it's getting fuel and 11.5+v you might have a bad glow plug but it should be giving you an error code and those are in the instructions.

Why don’t the reviews match the products? Seems fishy to me!
