L'Oreal Paris True Match Lumi Healthy Luminous Makeup, Natural Beige, 1 Fluid Ounce

This has a pink top and is completely different in texture and colour from the one in the photo. I expected the chrome top one and feel cheated. I have been using this product for five years, and this is not the same,. The one delivered says 'True Match Lumi.' On the original there is no mention of True Match, but the biggest problem is that it is very matt and dry looking, not luminous at all.

I love this Lumi foundation! BUT.. Initially, I bought W4 but it was too dark. I then bought W3 and I'm sad to say, it's also too dark for me. (I haven't returned either as it's too difficult for me to do so.) It cares about your skin as you'll see on application, with an SPF 20, it applies so silky, slightly dewy and glowy and gives a barely there feel! With excellent, buildable coverage if you want it. *This W4 was the wrong shade for me and I then bought W3 in hopes I get it right, because I need this gorgeous foundation kissing my face! *Update: W4 and W3 are too dark for my skin. I am worried now, having to order yet another bottle as I've spent enough hard-earned money on Lumi. My only other option looks to be W1/2, or N1/2 and I'm afraid they'll be too light and I'll wasted more $$. @LOreal #LOreal #LOrealLumiFoundation Dearest LOreal, would you be Soo kind? I like L'Oreal products. This foundation is very creamy & feels good on my skin. Been using this for years. They don't sale this one at Walmart anymore so I ordered this from Amazon. You can find alot of items on Amazon that they don't have in stores.

Beautiful effect - loved the product

Although the color was nice, it still was a bit light (w4). I need to return. But I will not buy again. Product is about medium coverage and a bit oily for me. I'm someone with combo skin that leans oily so this does not feel good. But maybe normal to slightly dry skin types might like it. I like other loreal foundations, this is not one of them. But I can see how others like it. So I took off stars bcz its not really luminous, just flat shade and just too oily. Just feels sticky on the skin. I'll stick with my Infallible Fresh Wear which last twice as long and isn't oily.

Prior to the Pandemic, I always wear a foundation when going to work, going out, etc. and I've tried different kinds and brand. Now, I only wear a foundation about 5x a year lol. So, finding this, at a moment when I'm more into skin "comfort" is great. This one's different from liquid-y foundations I've tried in the past. Firstly, it has a very light scent, almost negligible. That's a plus for me and anyone who doesn't like "chemical" smells. Next, I would say it has sheer to medium coverage. It covers imperfections but not totally so you'd still need a concealer to cover up spots. I love that it feels light on my skin though, makes your skin shine through and still offer enough coverage for Zoom meetings :) I applied about 1 1/2 pumps all over my face, using a brush and blending it on my neck. I let it dry, then dusted a sheer loose powder lightly and and wore a mask for a few hours. Even through sun and sweat (I live in a hot and humid area), the foundation didn't transfer to my white disposable mask! How great is that?! I just wished I took a picture. Overall, I think it's a good staple foundation and the price isn't bad too. At the rate I'm using it, it will probably expire before I use up the bottle.
