The pouch is fine, a little small and the front velcro pocket isn't actually secure as the flap is only sewn on at the corners, but it is functional and will do the job I need it to do.Low rating given as in the product description it says it comes with a pen torch, scissors and chart pen but the pouch arrived on its own. Cannot find a way of contacting the seller and I need to use the pouch for work so returning it is a pain, so a poor review it gets!

On a new unit where many of the girls have fanny packs, I don’t care for the idea of having to zip and unzip it to get where I need. A new girl had one of these and I immediately got my own. I love this thing. I’m able to have tape, iv caps, 2 perm marker, dry erase marker, scissors, 2 pens, And pen light All at my finger tips. The only negative is I have no idea what the Velcro flap on the front is for.Still worth the buy.

This was handy for nursing clinicals. It kept my pens organized. I used to put them in my pockets...I would search for minutes and get ink stains. I was able to carry pens, my pen light, my calipers and other things such as alcohol swabs and saline syringes. I had pants that had tons of pockets but it would weigh my pants down. I wear size 16 pants and this organizer was able to fit perfectly on the widest part of my hips. I'm just so sad I bought this in the last quarter of my nursing program.

This thing is absolutely huge and feels so awkward on. It's not able to fit well on my hip under my top because of the massive size. I was hoping for something smaller that could do the same job. The pro is that because it's so large you could probably fit more but I don't know how easy that would be to retrieve. It was difficult for me to pull anything out of the pocket slit. I also found it strange that the Velcro pocket has that slit on top. For comparison purposes, I am 5'1 and 106lbs. This thing went from my waist to the bottom of my hips. It's a tad larger than my hand.Other than my person delemma with the size, the quality is sturdy and there are removeable velcro snap loops that can be moved around a bit. The buckle was effective and held tight also. Plenty of lleeway for making it larger to fit wider hips/waists as well. Hopefully that helps you decide if this is right for you or not.

I love my organizer! I am an RN in the ICU and it keeps everything I need organized and easy to access. Even though most scrubs have a lot of pockets I was tired of my clothes feeling like they were weighed down. I keep this little organizer resting on my hip and I can easily grab things without having to look at it.
