Installation was incredibly easy, they even include a handy screwdriver with a rotating top for you to easily remove and reinstall the clips that hold the OEM headband in place. The instructions were easy to follow and the install only took about 10 minutes; you do have to cut the old headband off, which feels weird. The new headband is 2 pieces which snap together over the inner metal band of the headphones. I was amazed at how good the fit was and the cushion quality is as at least as good as the OEM headband. I highly recommend these quality replacements to get that OEM look and feel back for your Bose QC2/15 headphones for an extremely reasonable price!
