I had temporarily some PTSD symptoms for almost a year and got physically unwell due to the stress. Around the same time, I stopped having my period and my sex drive, even though it was always quite high, completely disappeared. I felt amputated from the waist down.Throughout the following months, I ate well, stayed away from toxic people, my nerves recovered, the PTSD symptoms went, but my period did not come back. My sex drive was still gone, and so was my period. After a while, my sex drive got better, but still no period.I've been taking this maca powder for a week, about a heaped teaspoon each day. First few days, nothing.
