My autistic 4 year old loved these and uses them to stim! However, if the intended user is very sensitive to smell, it important to note that they do have a slightly strange odour that stays on your hands a bit, but I assume this is something that will wear off with use, and one could always wash them if that was an issue. Colours are bright and as pictured.

Recommended by my teacher daughter for a grandsons slight autistic worry behaviour, she uses them at school and we found it does help, the only problem is his small sister wants to play with them too, so had to giver some. Soft and stretchy. They have dinosaur heads and he knew what species they all were, very impressive.

fun for children

These are quite stretchy and has a mix of fun colours. I have only had them for a few days but so far, none broken yet. The squishy feeling is nice and overall, the cost is appropriate for the product. I can see how they could easily provide something to occupy the hands with for a while. Just to be mindful, they have a noticeable scent to them, which I can only describe as rubbery sweet which I don't mind but something to be aware of if you are easily put off by such.

I don't know what it is, but there's something about the texture and the feel of the "bristles" that is very calming. Just rolling your hand over several, or even just one. Gently rolling one over the back of your hand, or lightly dragging it up and down your forearm. I suffer with severe chronic pain and even though I'm on Morphine, I'm still in constant pain, which also has flare ups to get even worse some days, or if I move slightly wrong. These dinosaurs, are a fantastic tool to help me manage that. They help to calm my breathing and relieve my anxiety and stress when it flares up. I have no idea why they help they just do. I tried it on a friend who doesn't have chronic pain and he found it calming and relaxing as well. Highly recommended. If not as a "sensory toy", then as a focus for other relaxation techniques such as deep breathing. Breath in whilst rolling it along your hand from fingertips to wrist and out whilst rolling it the other way back to your fingertips, etc. Most importantly though, they're DINOSAURS ;-)

Mes filles TDAH et autistes ont adoré. Y a une odeur mais c'est pas celle du plastique qui colle. C'est étonnement doux, ça à vraiment l'air solide. Double couleur, parfait pour les pertes ou les fratries. Les petites boules sont intéressantes, les petits poils satisfaisants quand frustration.
