A great flashlight for the price
Great flashlight and extremely bright with a five thousand milliamp battery. I love the fact that this flashlight has a lockout. So it won't be accidentally be turned on if you're carrying it in your pocket. The flashlight also has a great light beam throw. I would definitely buy again. One last thought this flashlight has very strong magnet for hanging on a metal object considering the weight of the flashlight with a 21700 battery it holds the flashlight very secure.

Get the 2 headlight deal.
Sofirn is one of those rare brands that sells high end spec'd lights for cheap. I've been using them for a few years and haven't had one fail yet. Their lanterns are awesome. You're probably here for the 4000lumen headlight. It's a good right angle light though I do wish they offered it in warmer color temps. But I dont use it as a headlight. Unless it's going on a helmet or hardhat 21700 lights are just too heavy for me for that use. Others may feel differently. But it's a great mag base right angle light. Get the deal that comes with the H25LR or D25LR headlight too. (Not sure why the same light seems to have 2 names) I bought 2 of those with some other stuff on Sofirns website when they were having some kind of sale. I got another one when I ordered this light. I ended up getting them for about 10$ each. I thought they'd be cheap headlights I'd loan my friends when we go on night adventures. They've ended up being my favorite headlights. They aren't crazy bright though they seem brighter than their specs claim. And the red light is awesome. It has 4 or 5 brightness settings from just bright enough to see a map to light up a large room in brilliant red light. As most of you probably know red-light is better at preserving your night vision once your eyes have adapted to the dark. That works on the 1st couple of brightness levels. Any brighter than that and it will still wipe out your night vision regardless of the color of the light, thats all lights. But it's still nice to have options. My family and friends go to the beach at night sometimes. You can walk in the surf with the red-light on a higher setting without scaring off most of the little critters that only come out at night. Some animals just dont react to red light. The white light is a nice warm tint with enough levels for most situations. And as far as 18650 or larger headlights go it's very lite weight. It doesn't require a middle strap to keep it on your forehead. In my experience everyone hates those anyway. Stick the right angle light on your pocket or a backpack strap with the pocket clip and use the H25LR on your head. Unless you're going caving or something like that you probably won't need 4000lumens on your head. And your friends won't appreciate going blind when you look at them. So the bright headlights like this are really overkill for most headlight kind of activities. Maybe if you're going caving, or night mountain climbing. It's still a great light. I stuck it in the wheel well of my truck when I did the brakes a few weeks ago. Great light for stuff like that, or lighting up a large area. I have a lot of flashlights, I guess I'm a collector. I keep that one on my backpack for night walks or activities like that. I have at least 10 different headlights. For anything around the house I always end up grabbing one of the lite ones. I only use the heavy ones when I'm going somewhere like a trail, the beach, fishing. That kind of stuff. Anyway both lights are good lights but getting that second one for around 10$ more makes this a great deal. If it had another brands name on it it would be a 60$ light. And they both USB C so bring a decent powerbank and you have light for a week. I'm really digging Sofirn lately and I have a lot of expensive flashlights. You can get one of every possible kind of light from Sofirn for less than one of my high end lights from other brands. Loving the IF24 lately too. Can't wait till they get into LEP's. I may need to find a 12 step group for recovering nerds.

Probably the best Sofirn lights ever made
As someone who owns multiple other Sofirn flashlights, SC13, ST1, Q8 Plus, SC31 Pro, SP10 Pro, SC21 Pro. Plus multiple Acebeam, Fenix, Streamlight, and Olight flashlights, this is light is worth every penny. While I wouldn't recommend it for use as a headlamp, it excels every where else. It's insanely bright, durable, and has anduril 2.0. My everyday carry is an acebeam pokelit AA, and my favorite headlamp is the acebeam h16, but this light is the best of those two combined, but on steroids.

Terrible product,
This started out to be a really good flashlight. I use it every weekend for the last 4 months. I went to put it on the charger this morning so it would have a full charge when I went to work and it did not charge. No power charging light come on or anything. Just stopped working completely. Tried a new battery and still nothing. For the price I paid for this I would expect it to last longer than approx 50 total hours of use over 4 months.

Great right angle light with an anduril like ui
I purchased this to use as a right angle light with occasional headlamp duties at work and it’s been very good so far. I’m impressed with how bright this light is on high and turbo, and I really like the UI. It’s similar to anduril and has good standard shortcuts you expect, like 1Hold for moonlight, 1Click for on, 2C high, then 2c again to turbo. 4 clicks from off will lock/unlock the light. 4c while on switches between stepped/smooth ramping. The ramping mode is a little fast on this in the lower levels, and for my usage I prefer stepped mode with this light. I like the body design of the light, and it feels good in hand. The button feels really nice and has a satisfying press. The tint on mine was really nice, with no hint of green on medium or high, just a nice bright white. It’s not high cri, but it’s very high output, and on high and turbo it really lights up the backyard. The tir optics provide a nice mix of throw and flood with the sst-20s. The headband has a top strap, and it’s actually pretty comfortable even though this is a larger 21700 light. I’ve used it for a few hours at work and it’s been comfortable. I believe this is an unregulated fet driver, so efficiency won’t be great and output will drop with battery voltage, but with a 21700 it’ll still be a good amount of runtime. It offers a good performance for the price and my coworker was impressed with the light and wishes to have his own for mechanical inspections. There’s a lot I really like about this light, and the only thing I’d change is having the option for high cri led, and a regulated driver. But I can’t fault the light for being unregulated at this price point. All in all a really nice light and I am very happy with my purchase.

Much better options out there but this is good for the price.
It’s good for the price. Not as nice as my many others that I own. Lumintop, OLight, Acebeam, fireflies all make way better headlamps. But they are also significantly more expensive. This one is bright and functions as is should. Extremely handy thing to own if you don’t have any other ones. I can’t get through one day without using one.

This Sofirn light is well made
First let me say this is my third Sofirn headlamp I have purchased. I also have an HS40 and a HS10. I have several of their flashlights too. This is another quality product from Sofirn. It come with a battery and has a good feel to it. It will be a great addition to my dark dog walking adventues. You can tell it's well made and the user interface is intuitive. The head strap is comfortable and is ready for the light to be installed in it. Adjust it and you're ready for action. The light has a clip that can be clipped on a pocket or the strap of a backpack for another method of hands free operation. I like the magnetic tail cap that can be stuck to the car under the hood or by the fender to give light for a flat tire. All in all a great muti-purpose light that will last a long time.

Very Bright Light
This headlamp will almost throw a beam of light into the next zipcode, this is great for indoor and outdoor uses of all types. This headlamp has different settings for brightness. This headlamp sports two settings for safety, one setting is able to flash at frequent regular intervals to serve as a location beacon of sorts, and the other setting flashes “s.o.s” at regular frequent intervals. The headlamp has a battery conserve mode that assists in prolonging battery life. A magnetic base allows the light to be used without headset band. I have seen no real drawbacks with this product and I would buy another.
