This is a wonderful, tasty lekvar! Being a Jersey girl transplanted in the south, I cannot find this product in the grocery stores. It is a must for my Pilish koloczki cookies. I was delighted to find it on Amazon. It is, however, at least twice the price that it would be in a northern grocery store.

I liked everything about the Simon Fischer Lekvar. I had it on marble rye toast with butter. The flavor was excellent just how I remembered it. It can be used in crepes, pierogis and cookies. I do wish that for the money; the jars were larger

My favorite spread on crusty whole, whole-wheat, or especially good on rye bread. Thick and full of flavor. The best complement to the Mestermacher line of breads. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but worth it.

Happy. repeat customer. good product. arrived in mint condition. I was worried because some reviews reported broken glass. Mine were packed very well. Only con is very expensive but since I only use it for holiday baking, it's a special treat.

I order it as 3 in a package because I get the best deal as a result. the Jar is quite big 18oz, most jars are between 8-12oz so you can't bit this deal and it Taste Heavenly!

I had trouble finding filling for my hamentachen here in Tennessee. Had to order- many kosher sites had purchase minimum and then high $ shipping. I had to get more than I need but it will not be wasted. Makes a great spread on toast.

I am making walnut bars handed down from my grandmother I will make them soon broke my left shoulder so well need help making them. They are so good and have been a tradition at this time of year

The product tastes fine. I ordered 3 and one jar arrived broken - shards of glass and product stuck over the other two jars. My issue is that this product offers no way to report the broken jar and obtain a replacement . I’m happy to remove this review if someone can show me how to receive a refund or replacement.
