Received red colour insteat of grey. Liquid inside the bag is too heavy comapred to earlier product that i have purchased. Didn’t have small funnel. Since i have used this product from Rylan everything is good about it. Heating speed, easy to use, safe and durable plus it has auto cut system. But it cools down so fast P.s please donot change the water with normal water it will stop working
