GAGGIA - Gasket Repair KIT Classic, Baby, Evolution, Twin Espresso Coffee

The gaskets from this kit fit my Gaggia Classic perfectly and resolved the leak. Only o-ring not included is the one in the steam wand and that one has a valve upstream so not nearly as likely to leak. The colors of gaskets were different than as pictured (more black ones than red) but no fit problems at all. Note that you can learn from my lesson and never just replace the boiler gasket. If any gasket needs replacing I strongly encourage you to replace all of them. Also you ignore a leaky boiler at your peril. Even a small leak can turn into electrical arcing, melting plastic, and the need to replace parts that would have never needed replacing if you had taken care of the leak properly up front. Ask me how I know.

This was a perfect fit for my machine- a very old Gaggia Espresso Evolution from when those machines were basically the Classic in a plastic housing. As long as your Gaggia has a 58mm portafilter, this set should work great.

All gaskets seem to fit, missing one gasket mentioned in the listing, and the larger main gaskets had swapped colors from the listing. 1. Missing gasket for the steam pipe assembly: WGADM0041/022 FOR STEAM PIPE ASSEMBLY: 1x GASKET OR 2025 EPDM 70°SH - NM02.007 (DM0041/088 O-RING GASKET 2025 EPDM) 2. Also the main portafilter gasket was actually red (the thick one) and the boiler gasket was black (the thinner one) so opposite of the picture.

Great kit

Replaced a boiler on a pre-2015 Gaggia Classic. If you do something in the case, like replace a boiler or steam valve, definitely replace these. These things are built with steel bolts going into aluminum and brass, so any leak will cause corrosion and frozen bolts.

No directions as to o rings i used the one for oortafilter only

Le joint destiné à la chaudière est trop petit et n’est pas adapté à la Gaggia Baby twin malgré ce qui est dit dans la description. La photo est trompeuse, elle aussi, puisqu’elle laisse penser qu’il est de la même taille que le joint du porte/filtre.

Ich habe am 13.06.2023 dieses Produkt für 8,75 € erworben, in der Hoffnung, es mit meiner Gaggia Classic Siebträger-Maschine (Modell RI9303/11 aus 2013) verwenden zu können. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass es entgegen der Beschreibung nicht zu meiner Maschine passt. Die Inkompatibilität führte dazu, dass ich das Produkt zurücksenden musste. Es ist bedauerlich, dass die Produktbeschreibung in diesem Fall nicht präzise war, was zu Verwirrung und Unannehmlichkeiten für mich als Kunden führte. Für zukünftige Käufer, insbesondere diejenigen, die eine Gaggia Classic Siebträger-Maschine besitzen, empfehle ich, vor dem Kauf die Kompatibilität genauer zu überprüfen, um ähnliche Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden.
