I bought this to replace an old tower heater, and it works very well. It can heat up a small room with the door closed when my tower heater couldn't. The color is nice (little darker than the picture), and the surface has a nice feel to it. The metal handles are flimsy. One was bent from shipping (and its box was inside another Amazon box). Before I attaching the top handle, I could bend it with one hand, but it is holding its shape now that it's screwed in. It's definitely not heavy-duty, but overall it's a decent little heater.

This is set up in my water well/pump house during cold spells and it works great. I have a ring camera aimed at a temperature guage in the well house. When the temp gets into the 30's I push a button and it turns on the wifi outlet and in turn turns this heater goes on. So I'm able to control it while hundreds of miles away in real time. I have it set on "anti freeze" setting, which activates when the temp is about 40 degrees I think. The absolute great thing about this heater is that it does not reset itself when the electricity is turned off. The digital heaters always reset themselves, no matter what the instructions say. I could of just used the "anti freeze" setting to keep the pump house warm, but I'd rather have visual and audio proof of the temp and that this little guy is actually running.

I ordered 2 of these to use in my 25 x 10 insulated garage. I love the "milkhouse" feature that will keep the heater coming on at about 40 degrees. Both of these units work well as advertised. In fact, one of them is all I really need in there. Some reviewers have noted that the metal casing seems thin, and I'd agree, although they are still sturdy enough for my purposes. The handles are very light pressed steel, but again, good enough for my purposes. I wouldn't recommend them for a carpeted surface, but for a small utility type of space (shop, pumphouse, greenhouse) they are pretty good for the price!

Fire hazard! I bought this a year ago and just threw it out. It's such junk. Not at all like the one your grandma had. The body was made out of flimsy tin-like material so the handle bent easily ... all the time... And the legs would sink back into the body. I discovered today that the plug was overheated at the outlet. Too hot to touch! And the cord was just as hot. No longer comfortable with it in my daughter's room.

does not put out a lot of heat years ago the heaters this size would get hot they were more efficient this one not adequate but it will do.

Was just what I needed to thaw frozen pipes. Is powerful and the safety anti-tip feature works as it should.

For the price this little heater will raise the temperature in my 10'x13' greenhouse from -2 degrees Celsius to 9 degrees in about an hour. Decent value.

Very underpowered even on the highest setting, it only takes the chill off a small area and does not really warm up a garage or anything else . The construction is robust and the body feels solid, but the heat output does not match the size and the high noise level or the description.
