Now for the but , your sizing is absolutely shocking I ordered a size that I know would fit , what i recieved that was labelled mens medium [s mor like extra small . I do not expect a refund due to the nature of the garment . But address your sizing

These were purchased for a guest a shelter for unhoused individual who had chronic incontinence at night due to a medication he was taking. The kept his bedding dry, let him be more comfortable and reduced embarrassment. He was grateful for them. A good value.

Not soft or cotton that I can see. Not suitable to cover cloth diapers as I was hoping, leg opening is not snug enough to prevent leakage. They do seem to work over disposable. And may useful with just pads. For the price, I will keep them for that, as they were much less expensive than similar ones that I've used. I won't buy them again tho. Edit: Although it was fine during the day with only light flow, After trying overnight I changed star to one because they leaked with the heavier flow, with a night time disposable. When I went to wash it by hand I realised there is a seam across the crotch that is destined to leak with any overflow from diaper.
