are these grain free?

Yes, they are grain free but not carbohydrate free if you're giving them to a diabetic cat. The ingredients are: Chicken, Turkey, Whole Ground Potatoes, Vegetable Glycerine, Gelatin, Natural Flavor, Salt, Phosphoric Acid, Sorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Mixed Tocopherols (source of Vitamin E), Rosemary

Are these soft or hard threats? My cat is very picky and will not eat wet food or soft treats.

I have the same problem. These treats tend to be not soft but not crunchy either....more chewy. I have to break them in to smaller pieces before she will eat them. But they break easily.

Is this made in USA? Maybe the information on the screen says so, but I cannot find it.

Package says “made with USA chicken“, does not say made in the USA.

is the protein % listed on back of pkg? cant find in ad. what is it? tks
