Worked great for my cats
For longer road trips, I felt a little guilt putting my cats in carriers the whole time so I decided to give this a shot. It does not cover the gap between the seat and headrest and the doors. So there is a spot your average cat can get through but I only had to shoo one cat away on about 7 hours of road trip. The cats had the whole hatchback to roam with a cat litter box and some food and water which was a much better situation than being in there. Cat carriers the whole time. I'm very happy with it.

The design is great I love the storage and the mesh so I can still see the dogs and they can see me the only flaw is the material isnโt super durable my dog was left in the car alone for a couple minutes and she tore a hole in the mesh no big deal I just duck taped it and any area she can scratch going on a road trip with the dogs should be much more relaxing now .
