I may not have the right to speak to since the bottle pumps/lids/ bottles were intact but although they are individually shrink-wrapped and inside a zipped plastic bag, the shipping box contained only some paper and the bottles were loose with no padding to protect then. The way the Amazon guy dropped on the front porch I thought for sure there was going to be a crack somewhere.
