I’ve tried several mineral salts over the years, including Himalayan pink salt, Celtic sea salt, and Redmond Real Salt. Baja Gold has become my go-to.Every morning I add a small pinch to 16 fl oz of spring water as part of my daily routine before I have coffee. One of the reasons I chose Baja Gold is because it’s naturally rich in trace minerals and is minimally processed. I like knowing I’m getting a wide variety of naturally occurring minerals instead of just plain sodium chloride.The flavor is another reason I keep buying it. It has a clean, mild taste without the harsh or metallic aftertaste I’ve noticed with some other mineral salts. It also works great on steaks, eggs, vegetables, and just about anything else that needs a finishing salt.The salt is slightly moist because it retains its natural mineral content, so don’t expect perfectly dry crystals like refined table salt. That’s normal and part of what makes it different.It’s more expensive than regular salt, but for the quality, taste, and versatility, I think it’s well worth it. After trying several brands, Baja Gold has earned a permanent place in my kitchen and my morning routine.

I use it for everything. It is loaded with so many minerals it has a different feel to it and not a salty as regular salt. It's a little pricey, but healthier to use. Makes a great solé water.

A+ 100% Mineral Salt!!! Lots of benefits and it taste amazing! We like the cores grain, meaning the grain is larger in size compared to your fine grain. We use it for cooking and in our water for hydration. It is a moist salt so don't freak out; it's supposed to be. It may appear to have a bit of a grayish tint to it, but that's okay too, it's supposed to.

I bought this to have mineralized water in the morning to get my electrolytes. A lot cheaper than LMNT which is a great product, but this bag will last me a long, long time. Great tasting and we use it for all kinds of cooking too!

The salt is very course and salty. I bought it for the natural mineral content, but primarily use it in all of my cooking. Had to adjust the amount and use much less than regular kosher salt.

No other salt i have ever bought has the flavor enhancing that this salt has! It must be the natural minerals that Baja Salt has in it. That's my only explanation but it truly is awesome! If you want to add an amazing flavor profile to your cooking and salads, you have GOT to give this a try! I really like Baja Gold Signature Mineral Salt. It has a great, natural taste and adds a delicious flavour to food. The quality feels excellent, and I’m very happy with it. Definitely a salt I would buy again!

Brilliant salt. It did take me a while to get used to it, taste so much different to the table salt we used to buy which I believe is full of sodium, this salt is full of minerals. All my family have now started buying Baja salt

Great mineral salt

Don't use this on fresh soy milk! It has enough calcium and magnesium to curdle the soy milk into tofu. This may sound bad, but it means this salt is special. It has more minerals than any other salt I've ever used and it makes food taste better.
