Very bad product, there are small insects and worms inside the oats, I asked for the return or replacement but they didn't respond at all, waste of money, not checked properly and expiry date is very near almost came to an end date

You can say it doesn't have any flavorful taste of it's own but here's a recipe for you to try trust me you will like it too . In 1-2 cups of hot milk add this oats then boil it for a few minutes add some chia seeds and other seeds or seed and nuts powder and some peanut butter then cook it till you get a consistency of your choice. Serve it in a bowl and add fruits of your choice . It tastes so good in this way!!
