I picked these up because I wanted smaller bags for just my husband and I to store things like cheese, fruits, veggies, and small portions of meat. This size ended up being perfect for that. They are great for freezing smaller meals or keeping things fresh in the fridge without wasting space. You get a set of 24 bags, plus two of the little zipper clips to help seal them, and five replacement air valve patches in case you ever need them. I also like that there is a spot on the bag where you can write and label what is inside. It makes it a lot easier to stay organized. The size is just right for smaller portions, and the bags feel durable without being stiff. They are easy to seal and hold tight once closed. I tested one with a block of cheese in the fridge for over an hour and a half and did not notice any leaking at all, which was a good sign. I like that they are reusable and BPA free, which makes them a better option than constantly tossing single use bags. For the price, these are definitely worth it. They are simple to use, hold up well, and do exactly what I needed them to do. I will definitely be purchasing other sizes as well. I would definitely recommend these.

I've been using resealable foodsaver bags for years and SO disappointed to find frozen food freezer burned after air got in or mold on the cheese. I bought these to see if they work. I ran across some opened cheese yesterday in the fridge and I am shocked. 4 months in the same bag without being opened and it's still sealed tight. No air, no mold, just perfect cheese! I will continue to buy these as long as I can get them. The plastic is thicker as well and they're cheaper. Win win!

Worked great with my handheld vacuum sealer. Now I have a small supply of bags. Great bags but you do have to find the sweet spot for vacuum sealing it is always not right in the center and you have to move sealer a bit to get air out. Great value

These worked great for the first two times. I've now had to throw away $30 worth of salad stuff. They haven't even been microwaved or frozen or anything. They've literally only been used for salad and the salad dried off before.It's put in there. And without wet vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers, just the lettuce and carrots that are shaved and the shaved cabbage. The first two times it kept my salad fresh for over a week.And a half. I just went and bought 2 small bags of salad i separated it into individual salads, which takes up six of these bags 2 days ago. This happened the last time too, all but to the bags came unsealed, and the sound had to be thrown away. And to top it off, they did not come with the extra valves.So I can fix put new valves on there. So now i'm out thirty dollars in salad stuff about the price of these bags.And I have to figure out if I can buy valves by theirselves. I KNOW I'M USING THE BAGS CORRECTLY i even used the little tool to go over the ziploc twice. And like I said, the first few times I used them, they work just fine. IM BEYOND IRRITATED! I ALSO BOUGHT THE BIGGER SIZE BAGS THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING! the thing is in both sizes.It's not all the bags doing it only like half of them smdh

I love the reusable aspect of these bags. Sometimes the little valves come off and then the bags don’t seal again. Is there anyway to get just the valves so that I may replace them?

I don't actually have a sous vide, though I hope to eventually. I use these for vacuum storage. I never had good luck with the vacuum machines. First, I thought the cost of the bags for them was way to expensive and then you ended up not being able to reuse the bags because you had to cut them open. I store cheese, vegetables, fruit, meats, fish, any food where are is the enemy. I especially like vacuum sealing steaks, fish, and opened cheese. I haven't been using these long enough to know how many times they can be reused before the small air valves that you use to vacuum out the air will last. I noticed these came with five extra air valve stickers. I'm curious as to whether you can just purchase more stickers for these bags in order to keep reusing them indefinitely. They are certainly thick enough to be used over and over. I've had a few of these fail -- not many so far -- and I've tried replacing the valve stickers on the bags, but so far, they replacement valves haven't worked either. Luckily I've only had a few fail. The majority seem to hold the vacuum seal.

Update: Aug 2, 2025: Ok, so after using these bags a while, my experience is the same. They seal very very well. Maybe once I had a bag that let a little air in, but I reuse my bags, and that was only one time. And it was still better than the FoodSaver or Ziploc bags. Totally happy with these. tl/dr- Got a couple as samples in a vacuum kit I picked up. They worked amazingly. Better than any other I've tried, and I think I've tried them all. Hunted them down and bought a stack directly. I use a food saver machine. I love it, but I'm moving away from disposable bags over to solid plastic containers, one because of the environment, and two because the bags I've used just. don't. work. I've used Food Saver ones and Ziploc ones. They just don't seal. As soon as you lift up the nozzle after sealing then some air gets in and you can see the bags expand. And even those rare cases when you do get a good seal, after a day in the freezer or where-ever, the bag has expanded a bit. It just felt pointless. Enter these bags. As I said above, a couple came in a kit I bought. Very first one I used, the seal was immediate. A tighter, closer seal than previous bags I've used, and it held! It held for many days, up until I pulled the item from the freezer. Like a week or so. It might sound funny but I guess this was a low-key annoyance for me for years. Because when I saw that the vacuum held, I was floored. I immediately went and searched and found someone selling just the bags. So really it's a little too early to tell for sure, but the first three bags I've used- fantastiche! Check out my pics. Bottom right of the 4 pack is one of the bags I usually use. This exact one is pretty good, actually, but you can still see some space in the bag. And this good of a seal- this is basically as good as it gets, and I only get a seal this good maybe once in a dozen usages across all my bags. And now compare it to the blue topped bags, these. Each one is super tight. These have been in the freezer for coming up on a week. The older one was in the freezer longer, but the seal also was basically the same as it is now. So I'm amazed. Chef's kiss. Bravo! Like I said, 3 out of the lot is maybe a little early to draw final conclusions, and we'll see how they do on re-use. And I'll come back an update if anything serious changes. And I am curious about how it's made. I'm not sure I'd trust it to do something heat intensive like a sous vide. But that's true of any plastic bag, really.

It’s less expensive to buy bulk packages of items but being a 2 person home, I like to open packages & freeze meal portions. Washing these bags was easy and the size is perfect for our needs. I divided meats into meals for 2. I like the area to right the contents as I could label them as 1 lb and 1/2lb for ground meats & type. I labeled others as 2 pork chops and 2 chicken breasts. As I use the contents, I can wash bags & set aside for refilling per the label. These will also come in handy for freezing meals for 2 when the cold weather hits & we make a large batch of chili and have leftover ham & turkey @ holidays. The clips that came with the bags makes it very easy to seal the bags. Thankfully, I had a pump as this package does not have that. It was very easy to fill, seal & pump out the air. I’ll definitely buy more if needed as these take up a lot less space than my electric bag sealer, which I can now give away. I’m already thinking of travel uses. I can fill pouches with flavored coffees & seal them by type so the smells don’t crossover. I’ll be all set for my pour over coffees as I relax on vacation.
