These are really good. They are a little pricey but I will continue to buy. It is very hard these days to eat low carb and healthy. Everything is either full of chemicals or pesticides or hormones. I don’t normally eat pasta due to the high carbs and my gluten sensitivity. Although these have gluten, the low carbs are perfect to keep you on track.

These are half the calories if regular pasta, but I really can't taste the difference. Makes it easier to treat yourself to pasta periodically without the guilt. Kind of expensive but considering the high quality and taste/texture, it's worth it in my opinion

To me these taste just like traditional Penne pasta. They were very good and I am able to use them in multiple dishes.

I love this pasta! I get the lower calorie penne, and have been for about 6 months. I enjoy the nutritional content compared to regular pasta. They cook just like regular pasta and taste amazingly like regular pasta! Some other substitute pastas taste gritty or have a weird taste or texture but not these! They are good quality and while a little pricey, I’m willing to pay for it. It takes the same time to cook as regular pasta!

The pasta was cooked in about 10 to 11 minutes Al dente. The flavor is very probably neutral. Pretty close to regular pasta but not exact. Hard to find a really good low carb pasta.
