6โ3 and 240 lbs, the xl fits perfect. Nice, soft material with very good elastic waistband. Durability in the long run is yet to be determined but after 4-5 washes they are still holding up perfectly. No issues.

Great boxers for sleeping
Perfect fit for the size ordered. Comfortable. I bought these for sleeping (i.e., pj's) and they are perfect for my use. They are months old (multiple washings) and still look new, and are holding together perfectly (i.e., no stitching unraveling). The elastic in the waistband also remains perfectly intact.
