This product does a good job for me in keeping my stomach flatter. Along with my regular exercise routine, and diet. I don’t have to watch every food intake with Chitosan! It helps me cheat a bit more often than without it. Been on Chitosan products now for 2 months! I’m slimmer and trimmer than I’ve ever been in years! Even with doing crunches for my belly before Chitosan, I could never get my belly slim like I wanted. Chitosan has helped me achieve my belly Goal! I love it! ❤️ P.S, I only gave it 4 stars because I’m not sure it would work as well without some dieting and exercise! The pair goes hand in hand.

Too much bloating and gas inside. I gave up on taking it any further. So sad 😞

Excellent at reducing bitterness
I open the capsules and mix the powder in drinks to reduce bitterness. Works great. I needed to start taking Potassium BHB Powder, but it was too bitter. Adding this Chitosan powder from one capsule makes it much more palatable.

Exactly what iveanted
Fiber from this source is a fat sponge. Lowers cholesterol..so up your good fats! Normally this is quite expensive..bit this brand was affordable, did not upset my colitis!! I will buy again. Check with your doc and monitor your lipids closely so you dont also lower your good fats too much!!
