Rhinowalk Motorcycle Exhaust Heat Shield Universal Motorbike Exhaust Pipe Heat Cover Saddlebag Heat Insulation

I usually use soft saddlebags on my motorcycle when I’m not using my hard cases. The issue was that the soft bags would rest directly against the exhaust, getting extremely hot and burning, which was also damaging the exhaust. I bought this heat shields and it solved the problem, but single shield wasn't enough, as the area was still getting too hot. I had to order a second shield. With two installed, the heat is completely blocked, and I can now use my soft saddlebags with zero issues.

Bought it to protect my Rhino Walk saddlebags. Went on easily and easy to position properly. Did a 1,200 km trip and the bags suffered no heat damage, so it works for its intended purpose. I deducted one star because it is rather unsightly and the hose clamp cheapens the appearance.

Super easy to install, fantastic build quality. I bought this to get my plastic fender off of my muffler so that I could attach my soft bag panniers to the bike and not press my plastic onto the muffler.

My exhaust doesn't get horribly hot but I wanted a little bit of extra protection for some bags that could melt. This keeps them another inch or so away from the heat source and was relatively easy to install. No instructions or guidance is provided so you're on your own. I chose to trim off the excess clamp and was frustrated by the fact that the clamp screw kept coming out when trying to go in reverse. Seems the screw wasn't properly seated and held in place in the clamp mechanism. The trimmed clamp could use some kind of finishing piece. I'm thinking I'll use shrink tubing to cover the cut and keep the sharp edges from being a problem in the future when working on it. It's an average piece of kit with a below expected price. It worked for me.

Das Hitzeschutzblech für den Motorrad-Auspuff ist grundsätzlich gut verarbeitet und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Preis-Leistung passt. Allerdings hat sich die Befestigungsschnalle beim Festziehen immer gelöst. Ich habe das Endstück deshalb mit einer Zange umgebogen, damit es nicht mehr herausfallen kann (siehe Fotos). Nach dieser Anpassung sitzt alles bombenfest und funktioniert einwandfrei.
